Job Description

  • Design state of the art AMS blocks in advanced CMOS technologies from basic concept to production, this includes but is not limited to:
    • Transmitter ultra-high frequency output drivers
    • Receiver Frontend Amplifiers/VGAs with Multi GHz bandwidth, Continuous Time Linear Equalizers, Filters
    • High Performance All Digital PLLs, Precision TDCs, Multi GHz VCOs, PFDs, CDRs, Clock distribution ….
    • High performance ADCs / DACs
    • Regulators, Reference generators, Power/Signal Integrity analysis
    • Online Calibration, Failure Detection & Correction Loops….
  • Develop the documentation and verification plans of AMS blocks across the project lifecycle
  • Work closely with cross functional teams to develop and review block specifications 
  • Evaluate, measure, and debug silicon until it reaches high volume production
     

Job Requirements

  • BSc or MSc or Ph.D. in Electronics and Communications with specialization in a relevant AMS IC design discipline.  
  • 6+ years of experience in Analog Mixed Signal CMOS design.
  • Experience with SOI or FinFET process technologies is a plus.
  • Familiarity with serial links and wireline transceivers design and verification is a plus.
