His extensive career is marked by his current role as Engineering Director at InfiniLink, where he spearheads the development of Ultra High-Speed Serdes projects on advanced technology nodes.

Before his current tenure at InfiniLink, Essam played pivotal roles in various esteemed organizations, including four years as a Senior Engineering Manager at Goodix, eight years as an Analog Design Manager at Si-Ware Systems, and five years as a Senior Development Engineer at Mentor Graphics.
